I have a bit of a diet dilemma going this morning. I'm not hungry.
You heard me.
I'm. Not. Hooooongry!
Really?
Like most of my adult life has been spent in pursuit of something to shut the mean hungries the hell up. But now, on day three, I don't want it. I can't conceive of a time when I would ever need food again. Can't think of eating.
You can't make me.
The end.
We all lived happily ever after.
Now mark it down in your calendar and circle it in red, cuz that doesn't often happen.
(I just lost my entire post. :( Let this be a lesson to all. NEVER. Ever compose in your WYSIWYG edit window. Always type it out in Word and then go to a Text doc and then only then, upload and edit. Dang you internet gremlins! Maybe they objected to the poopy reports?)
I won’t go into the detail again. Unless I can find it in the way-back machine. But MOM is your friend. When you change your diet from the SAD, oh so SAD plan most of us have been used to following, occasional irregularity will dog many. Our tired, lazy gut doesn’t know what to do with a big diet change and when that happens, good night Irene! You will be singing a song of woe that will have all of us cryin’ in our low carb beer.
(Disclaimer – Your mileage may vary (YMMV) with MOM (Milk of Magnesia of the Phillip’s kind). I don’t get any cramps from it and it works every time with a 4Tbsp serving, but follow the destructions on the bottle and go at your own rate. You could have cramping and you may need more help than MOM can provide. Be sure to address bowel changes sooner rather than later to avoid any problems in the “end”.)

I love Beef ribs too... It's my chance to eat similar to a Brazilian steakhouse in my own house. Unfortunately, the cost of them locally has been going up. They used to be cheap (less than $2 a pound), but lately they have been going for above $3. I think the secret is out. :-(
ReplyDeleteKent doesn't it just break your heart? Last summer I scored these babies for $1.49/lb at the beginning of summer. By summer's end they were $1.79/lb and I was shocked to see them at $2.04/lb last week. *sob*
DeleteTo me they are the best part of the ribeye. LOL, we used to fight for the bones like little mutts - growin' up in our house!
Hey, I'd rather eat like a Brazilian than wax like one! :) ;) Have an awesome day, Kent!
ROFL! You are so funny!
ReplyDeleteJen haha! I'm all about the poopy. :) (Mostly FOS!) I come from a long line of Texans who were also similarly constructed! ha!) :hugs: lady!
